We will review your request and contact you if we need additional information.

3. Estimate & Deposit

If accepted, you will receive an estimate and timeline. A deposit may be required before materials are purchased.

4. Creation & Updates

Your piece will be handmade with care. Updates may be provided for larger or more detailed projects.

5. Final Payment & Delivery

The remaining balance is due before shipping or pickup. Chicago fittings may be available by appointment.
